    Hello. I have a few problems:
    1. In a telephone conversation, sometimes in the dynamics of the sound is very quiet, sometimes - normal. If talking through a headset (wired or bluetooth), the sound is always normal volume.
    2. The phone periodically unable to connect to a known WiFi networks. The network is visible, the password is known, but the phone says it can not connect. After rebooting - the phone connects to the WiFi network without problems.

  • Can You make a possibility to change the engilsh to another language? When I bought Cube WP10, I've changed the language to polish, but only the settings were polish. Every application worked as a english or chinese. After hacked upgrade to annivesary update, every application is polish but all of these settings have became engilsh. There is no possibility to remove english language from the settings page. Please help me!

    And of course the mobile use of the cube wp10.
    Now I use a lot of time, to get the emails loaded inn on Outlook,
    The textmessages do not get through, mms doesn't function.
    Has all this to do, with the runout version of Windows mobile,

  • I live in the USA. I took a chance buying direct from a Chinese OEM. However, I at least expected to get a product with the latest operating system installed on it. By installing Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile you must have known about Microsoft's new way of developing their software operating system. They are constantly updating the software as they install new features and fix bugs. Your products with Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile need to be able to receive these updates to be a viable product. Can you tell me the following:
    
    1. When will the next update be offered?
    2. Do you plan to offer updates in a more timely manner?
    
    If the answers to these two questions are not in the affirmative, I will have to return it as a defective product.

    I received this phone today and was pleasantly surprised at the build quality and performance. However, I noticed that the version of W10M is 10586.420 which is several months old. Is it necessary for a firmware update before newer builds can be installed?
