  • The U30GT is great ! Maby we will order the U30GT2 soon.
    However we have one problem. The charger is brook / defect! The little pin which has to be pluged in the Tablet is loos (defect). So now we can not charge the tablet anymore. Our neighbours have also a Cube tablet and the have the same problem. The chargers are a bit of a bad quality.
    I suppose this is a warrety issue! Can you help me? Now we can not use the tablet anymore.

  • Hello,
    I ordered my tablet back in March. I have loved it since I got it. The new firmware versions have fixed all the issues I have had with the software side of the tablet.
    However, I dropped my tablet and cracked the corner of the touch panel so the touch panel doesn't respond anymore. This was totally my fault and not a fault of the build quality. The build quality of this tablet is great for the price.
    Can you direct me to where I can order a replacement touch panel\front glass assembly, or a replacement LDC and touch panel\front glass assembly?

  • I just received the tablet and am very pleased by it. However, I have a few questions:
    1. If there will be Android software updates, can I make them or am I stuck with this system?
    2. Can I remove the chinese apps and preinstalled games (like AngZhu, iReader and that fishing game) without affecting anything else?
    3. After I emptied the battery the first time, it took ~ 5 hours to get to 100%, is this normal or there may be a problem with the charger?
