  • Dear cube team,
    PLEASE READ MY FULL EMAIL AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM EARLY!!!
    UNTIL NOW I WAIT TWO MONTHS TO GET A NEW/REPAIRED TABLET BACK!!
    This are the reasons I sent it back at 15.11.2012 to cube-tablet.com:
    The tablet freezes up if I use it (facebook, games, mail app, it does not matter which application).
    This happens each 5 to 10 minutes and the display shows the picture distort or some other colour (full screen is blue. grey, ...).
    If I touch the display / (volume- / power-) key, it shows no responses.
    The only possibility to turn it off is, to hold the power key approximately 10 seconds. Then it starts up new.
    I think, there is some defect with the hardware, because I have tested 3 different firmware versions (preinstalled android 4.0, original android 4.1 update v1.06, and the rooted v1.06 android 4.1 firmware of arctablet).
    But everywhere the same failure!!!
    Lately the tablet crashes each 0,5 – 1 hours, while I am using it (not in stand by).
    The second problem is the incomplete touch recognition of the ips screen (see video-link).
    I uploaded fotos and videos of all problems (dead touchscreen points, chrashes) to Google Drive and Dropbox.

  • Hi I have written several times and my question never shows up and I never get a reply.
    I bought Cube U30GT 32GB and the sound doesn't work .. I can barely hear anything with the volume turned up and the plug for the speakers/headphone is broken so I have to fiddle with it for a long time and then I am able to hear sound in the right speaker nothing in the left.
    This is a serious defect and I would like to hear if you will send me a new tablet ?
