    I wrote you (by means your form "CONTACT US")some days ago about a not-working charger, JUST BOUGHT (Order N.: #730004481) from you. But I have had no answer, then I write you from here,. It is possible to have a new charger from you with at no additional cost. I bought the tablet a month ago and I'm trying to contact you from about two weeks.

  • Hi, I purchased a charger for my U30gt but it doesn't fit into the tablet power socket, it is too big, but it has same specs as the old charger (written on outside of charger ie 12v, 9.7 and 10.1 inch). Is it possible I could have been sent a wrong charger?

  • Hi guys i just bought 2 cube u30gt mini but im having the problem when i put charger in its doesnt seem to do out it says its chargering but then cant do out on screen plus its seems to restart also all time is this the charger problem or the tablet its really doing my head in wud be nice to charge by usb but will another charger work i cant even turn it on no more as bat life is dead:( please help me some 1 thanks

  • Hello my friends.
    
    I bought a U30GT in one month ago. The tablet is great, but I have some problems when I conect the charger. When I plug it on, the tablet automatically power on, and the when I touch the screen, it does not respond properly.
    This has been reported as a problem by several users. This charger solves these problems?
