    • hello my tablet is out of warranty and i would like to change the firmware. Thus i need to enter in recovery mode but there is no volume up button, how can i do ?

    • I have a password protected but I forgot it and I can't go to Menu>Setting and I have no Volume button.
      How can I do Hard Reset?

    • my table does not allow me to copy files using an usb connection. In windows explore appears as multimedia device, and does not give me an opcion to connect as store device

      my tablet of type U25GT is mirrored since start up. I have reseted it to factory settings but it didn't help. Can you please addvice me what to do, to bring the device to readable status!

    • Hello,my tablet's battery after one year of use is drained way too soon,about after 1 hour of simple use?I reseted it to the manufacturer setup but the problem still remains...does that mean that my battery is problematic now?
