  • : How to disassemble - (open) the tablet?
    Hi, I have a problem with my tablet, starts and runs the touchpad but no image on screen. Because I could not fix the problem I decided to disarm software (open) to see if the connector is released or detected screen hardware problem.
    The problem is not how to open it, I have been researching on the internet but I do not see any information.
    Not really:
    - If you lift the rear white casing.
    - If leantar black front bezel of the screen.
    - Or remove the silver bezel around the screen.
    I appreciate it to show me how to do it or send me some pictures.

    I got almost the same problems as everybody else in here.
    I just recieved an almost new U19gt, but internet (if i get connected via wi-fi) is soooooo sloooow, and Google play is impossible to DL from. Tried from several wifi connections, but its all the same.
    I downloaded latest firmware 1.10 but it's in chinese. Don't think this is very serious with so many users outside China. I just dont know where to start and where to end. I searched the internet for several hours with no luck.
    Can anyone HELP me plz.

    1) Make sure you input the correct password of your wireless router;
    2) Stop any other wireless devices which connects to the router;
    3) Clear any IP/MAC filter in router security setting, or reset the
    router to factory mode;
    4) Reset the tablet to factory mode: Setting-Privacy-Factory Data Reset
    5) the newest firmware to reboot the tablet.

    I observed to this tablet have bugs and i prefer a tablet 100% android. you do me the observation .

    Do u have support to this U19GT 9.7 as i bout it and it does,nt allow to install skpe youtube or any other socal media its need you guy to support
    i found some link but it has chinies web site and no idea where to go for download the firmware??
    My suggestion if u want to sell ur product at around the world you need to support the issue otherwise you will loose customer and at end ur bussiness will be effected

  • Я приобрел Ваш планшет U19GT с процессором RK2918 (версии (Android 4.0.3, версия ядра 3.0.8+, номер сборки V1.02, прошивка U19GT_RK2918_@20120608_v1.02_CUBE). В целом я планшетом доволен. Однако, в процессе общения по Skype сильно тормозит изображение и голос, при этом стоит самая новая версия Skype. Возможно все дело в прошивке? Вышла ли новая прошивка для моего планшета U19GT с процессором RK2918? Где скачать новую прошивку?. Если специальная версия Skype для U19GT с процессором RK2918 и где можно её скачать.
