  • My aunt bought me this u18gt. At first it was working fine. Then when I charged it several times, it rebooted contniously. Then, my charger stopped working. So, i used my brother's. I tried to charge it again with my charger and it worked but when i charged it again, it stopped again. Now, im using my brother's charger , it is charging but it will suddenly stop. It can't reach 100%. Usually, 87%. What do i have to do?
    
  • 1.Mabye the battery did not work.
    2.The firmware problem.You can re-install firmware.
    3. The charger problem.

  • Using the Cube U18GT I find a lot of text apps or games come up in Japanese or Chinese language. Is there any settings to make it display English only? Also can one read .epub EBooks copied across from a desktop, without the Tablet being connected to the internet? Sorry, I am very experienced with desktops but know nothing about tablets.

    I've looked back on your old correspondence and it seems many people have had this problem and in all cases your office has said " we will upload the new english firmware soon." and never done it.
    How come???

  • We have been through this before, the site given is a porn/games site that is completely useless to english speakers. in fact I find it disgusting that a decent manufacturer like Cube uses such a site for it's downloads.
    This was brought up before and you replied that you would organise for a firmware copy suitable for non Chinese speakers to be available for downloading.
    preferably on your download page.
