    • The Cube i10 is wonderful, but we really need an update to Android 5 or higher. Android 4.4.4 does not allow for any apps to be saved onto an SD card. This feature is crucial as the Android side has limited storage space. Please consider adding an Android update to your downloads.

      Sadly i corrupted it. Now its softbricked.
      It turns on but find no bios or partition and the PC has no connection.

      Do you know a technique to flash it ?

      (Manufacturing Flash Tool doesnt work)

      or can you send me (sell ) a working EEProm ?

      so i can resolder it.

    • Hello. I have a i10 with several problems, so I have to send it to the reseller in order to get it repaired. I wanted to reset everything, so I did a reset to factory from android, and now I don´t have the option to boot with windows 10 to reset everything also for windows.... how can I get the option to boot windows back?....
      Maybe if I reinstall the rifmware everything would be deleted and the tablet would be with factory settings, but how can a reinstall the firmware?, How can I get the firmware?... My i10 SN starts with i10R...

      The tablet is working fine.

      Form backup reasons I downloaded the firmware for the tablet. Also this works.
      But unfortunately in the firmware package is only an explaination in chinese language.

      Can I get an instruction how to apply the firmware in english?

    • Hi, I did a reset to factory settings on the Windows 10 partition, but I can't boot windows now. Android works perfectly, but I'm stuck on the windows 10 recovery boot screen. I can use all the options there, but none work. My tablet logged in but it was a black screen and I could only move the cursor. Now I think I need a recovery image so that I can boot back again, but I don't know where to get it. Do you have an additional manual on how to install from scratch the whole system?

    • I purchased my Cube i10 with Windows 10 and I was wondering if the Windows 10 operating system can be removed? The device says it has 32GB internal but with the dual operating systems it only leaves me less than 3GB on the Android system which I use. I don't like or use the Windows 10, can it be uninstalled?

    • My Cube i10 was great. But then it refused to boot (battery failure as said above) and I returned it under warranty. The package arrived at the address I was given on the 1st April. I have tried many times to contact Cube to find out the progress my Cube i10 was making but I DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE REPLY. The tablet is great but THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
